Registration Form
Due to S.A.F.E. Act requirements, you must fully complete the Registration Form (for all PE/CE course registrations) including the Attendee's NMLS Unique ID number. If the Unique ID number is incorrect, the Pre-Licensing/Continuing Education hours will not count.
